That 10 mm is four times the depth of our Slate Series panel, and it is the whole point of the product: specify it where the wall itself is meant to be the feature - an entrance wall, a fireplace breast, a hotel or restaurant feature wall, or an exterior facade.
Because the texture is so directional, it rewards raking light: a wall grazer or an uplight along the base will exaggerate the relief considerably.
Waterproof and fireproof, and still flexible enough to wrap a column despite the depth of texture.
